Born from the heart of siblings Federica and Alberto, inspired by their mother Luisa, whose legendary pizza brought joy to every family gathering,
Bringing the same warmth, flavor, and love to the city, expect high-quality ingredients, bold Italian flavors, and generous portions — all served with a side of good vibes. It’s pizza with soul, style, and a little Roman attitude.

Federica & Alberto – A dynamic sibling duo from Italy, young entrepreneurs with a deep passion for food, family, and authentic Italian culture. Driven by the memory of their mother Luisa, they’ve come together to share a slice of home with Dubai through their new pizza al taglio venture.
Enrico The master behind the dough. A seasoned pizza chef with years of experience in Dubai’s top pizzerias, he brings unmatched expertise and a true passion for the craft, ensuring every slice is as authentic as it is unforgettable.

PIZZA AL TAGLI0

Pizza al taglio, or “pizza by the slice,” originated in Rome. It’s baked in large rectangular trays and sold by weight, making it perfect for a quick, casual bite. In Italy, people often grab a slice on the go, folded in paper, or enjoy it standing at the counter with friends.
Unlike classic round pizza, pizza al taglio has a thicker, airy crust, crisp on the outside and soft inside. It’s also more versatile, with a variety of toppings on each tray – ideal for mixing and matching flavors.
